To Book: Call us at 1-800-BIG ISLAND (1 800 244-4752) or fax us at 1-808-326-4137. We will fax your office back a confirmation within 1 hour for your approval.
Cleaning Fee: No additional cleaning fee.
Tax: Hawaii State hotel/condo tax is 11.47%
Cancellation Policy: No cancellation fee within 48 hours. One day cancellation fee up to 14 days of arrival, Within 14 days of arrival refunds only if condo can be rebooked.
Commission: 17% commission will be sent out promptly after guest departs.
